Jo Campsall
Nutrition and Health Coach

Helping busy professionals with:
* Sugar Addiction
* Weight Loss
* Food, stress and emotions.
Hi, I'm Jo and welcome to my website for Jo Campsall Nutrition and Health. I am an accredited Nutrition and Health Coach, based in Oxfordshire, and am passionate about nutrition, preventative health, cookery and helping people build a calm, joyful relationship with food. I'm in my fifties, and loving it, firmly in the camp that, 'ageing is a bl**dy privilege.' That said, it has taken me a lot of trial and error, and then immersing myself in studying nutrition, lifestyle, and chronic disease to understand how to adapt my approach to nurturing my health. I lived in Japan throughout my twenties, so am also very curious about healthcare outcomes and holistic approaches to wellbeing around the world.
So, what else about me? I'm an explorer of food markets at home and overseas, and I love getting out for long walks in nature in the English countryside with my husband. I am a bookworm at heart, who learned the hard way in mid life that my body is not simply a transportation system for the brain. I had to learn how to take care of it.

I am now dedicated to educating and helping my clients manage their health challenges, so that they can get thriving again and start savouring the moment, with restored energy to do the things they really love. If you've found your way to my website, because you are struggling with weight issues, are having a health challenge and would like support on weight loss, or are feeling alone and in a dismal swamp with high sugar intake - you are very warmly welcome here.

One important thing to mention is that I'm a foodie, not someone pushing fad diets, 14-day meal plans or 5-second magic solutions. This especially relates to my training at IINH, which is a long-standing respected provider of education in health coaching and nutritional therapy, and has a cookery school integrated into the practical heart of its nutrition science syllabus (be still, my beating heart…). As we work together, you can expect me to share relevant recipes and food planning ideas.

But, moreover, you can expect my approach to be:

Calm. Steady. Paced. Supported.

Free of judgement.

There for you in the tough moments.
Confident for you as you head to your new sense of balance.

I believe in you, and I can't wait to get to know you.

Warmly,

Jo
