I'm passionate about my Reset and Restore programmes because it's my way of paying forward my education and the lessons I learned on my health journey.

I've been through my own health transformation, from depleted to energised.  I completely get the emotions you go through when your health feels beyond your control.  I was in perimenopause by my late thirties.  The hormonal turmoil from this set off an endometriosis chain reaction.  The chronic pain from the endo, combined with the perimenopause symptoms was really frightening. I didn't know what was going on with my body.  I was not myself.

I knew I'd have to dig deep. I knew I'd have to get educated.  And I did!  And that training gave me the knowledge and toolkit to tame my symptoms, understand hormone balance, and now I'm thriving, energised, about to turn fifty and I'm fully back to being 'me'.  
I'm now on a mission to give women this expert knowledge, and help them create a manageable plan for their long term health.

The Reset and Restore Method

 

I offer 1-1 online nutrition and health coaching packages designed around hormonal transition and the impact it has on quality of life.  I take a collaborative, whole-health approach to working with clients, looking at their specific goals, challenges and health story.  I work from an ethos that menopause is a pivotal opportunity to assess, reset, and nurture our health.

Customised nutrition and wellness planning, tools and education.​  Health coaching grounded in behavioural science to help you with motivation, accountability and emotional support around building new habits.  Compassionate care centred around the needs of women and their health.

 

I work very closely with clients to ensure that their nutrition and lifestyle plan is truly sustainable and empowering to undertake and maintain. For example, I work with clients on realistic options for food shopping and if relevant, a deep dive on decoding food labels and ingredients (magnifying glass is optional).  Because it's got to work for you in real life, hasn't it?​​
