Your introductory coaching consultation (online) where I assess your 3 Day Food and Drink Diary. The session includes recommendations on 2 to 3 key shifts you could make on your nutrition behaviours.

On registering for this consultation, I will supply you with your 3 Day Food and Diary template, which you will need to have completed and submitted ahead of our coaching call.
