Yes, I work with my clients on nutrition and lifestyle education, and providing tailored guidance on the best way forward.

But in every session, we address what is or isn't working for you on a practical level. This is about the real you. How to switch up your food, your handling of stress, your sleep, in a way that fits with you, your schedule, your home, your life.

We'll work together on why certain changes are challenging. The impact of endometriosis flare ups, bloating, tiredness and pain. We'll look at other factors too (the other plates you spin). Maybe you have a hectic commute. Maybe you've had a rubbish year. Maybe you have some emotional eating behaviours. We'll work on that together.

Frequently asked questions
How does the Endometriosis Programme fit in with my care plan?
Working with a qualified health coach complements and supports the interventions and treatments you receive from your medical care team - it is part of a holistic approach that may see you undergo surgeries or take hormone therapy, but which recognises the role of nutrition and lifestyle as part of your wider care plan. My role as a health coach is not to diagnose or prescribe, and as a Nutrition and Health Coach, I am bound by a strict Scope of Practice and Code of Ethics. I always recommend to my clients that they notify their GP and hospital care team that they are working with me, and in our discovery call I will learn more about your situation and we will discuss whether health coaching is the right step for you.

I'm post-menopause/not sure if I'm eligible. Could you tell me more?
The programme is for women of all ages who have endometriosis. If you have gone through menopause, be that natural, early, or due to surgery then I would love to support you as a coach with the Endometriosis Programme. Also, if you are on longer-term hormone therapy (such as chemical menopause) so you can 'ride perimenopause out', then please do also get in touch. I understand that all our circumstances are unique, and I am passionate about preventative care and wellbeing adjustments in the the post-menopause stage given that endometriosis can flare up again, and given that chronic inflammation can continue to impact our quality of life.

Is there anything I need to do ahead of starting coaching with you?
You will need to complete a 14 day food and energy diary, which I will share with you. Then once you have completed this and sent it back to me we will get your first session set up. This first consultation will be 1.5 hours and we will review your food diary, and I will go through a comprehensive health and lifestyle questionnaire with you.
